Helicopter Lessons

For Christmas my wife, Niki, got me my first helicopter lesson. I took the first flight on Jan 3, 2009 at Manassas Airport. I have to tell you it was one of the most exciting things I have done in recent memory except for of course my wedding..... :)

Alcatraz Island in San Fran

Alcatraz Island is very interesting to see and photograph. The weather around Alcatraz Island is very weird with both wind and freezing cold weather. Don't understand how anyone could weather the elements!!!! To see more images goto Alcatraz Island photos.

Very awesome flower in San Fran

This is a flower in the court yard of the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. This could be one of the coolest flowers I have seen in a while. Enjoy!
